What is the order process?

What is your sample policy?
Pricing and details for pre-production samples are subject to change depending on product method being used, contact us for more information per product.
Random samples are at no charge when you supply us with a freight account number and the preferred method of shipping (ground, overnight, etc.).
How are your products packaged?
We package our custom, promotional products in individual plain Poly Bags, but we offer other methods on request.
What is your pricing for volume orders where the quantities aren’t listed?

What is your minimum order quantity?
Contact us for this information. The minimum quantity depends on the product and artwork involved.
What is your credit policy?
Net 30 days on approved credit. FOB 2041 VISA, MasterCard, AMEX are accepted.
What is your policy for returned checks?
We charge a $25 service fee on all returned checks.
What is your quality policy?
All printed products are pre-stretched before imprinting to minimize distortion. However, ink prints are not guaranteed to not break up when worn. Contact us for more information on product issues and restrictions.
What is your preferred method of shipping?
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS Ground or Fedex. We will ship orders UPS or Fedex Ground at our discretion, unless otherwise specified on your purchase order.
If I change my mind, can I send my product back for a refund?
Only undecorated goods are returnable. They are subject to a 25% restocking fee once authorized and goods are inspected. Custom printed items are non-returnable.

Do you have a restocking fee?
Only undecorated goods returned to our facility are subject to a 25% restocking fee, subject to authorization and inspection. We only take back undecorated goods.
What are your options for rushed orders?
When you submit your order request you will be informed of the rush order options.
How should I submit artwork for Heat-Transfer orders?
Please submit your artwork in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or less. We cannot use JPG, BMP, or non-vector files for printed orders.
How should I submit artwork for Embroidered orders?
We prefer for you to submit your artwork in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or less, but we can also use JPG, BMP, or TIFF files. Please keep file sizes less than 1MB.
How should I submit artwork for Printed/Domed Applique orders?
Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or less. High resolution JPEG files are accepted but clarity will be affected.
How should I submit artwork for Knit-In orders?
Please submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or less, but we can also use JPG, BMP, or TIFF files.

We ship from North Carolina, US.
What are the imprint areas for your products?
Since we have a wide range of products, the imprint areas vary. You can find the imprint area for each product on the individual product page.
What is your production time?
Production times vary depending on product and current in house orders. Exact production time will be given when order is placed, but you may also contact us at any time for an update on your order.
Do you have a setup charge for reorders?
No, there is no setup charge as long as the order remains the exactly the same.
